You may cancel a booking, if required before the arrival of the taxi driver on the spot. However, you will be charged with a certain amount of cancellation fees.
In case of any cancelled bookings, the refund amount will be reflected after 4 to 5 working days.
M Cabs is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or negligence of the taxi drivers using our platform. We recommend users to exercise caution and use their best judgment when using our services.
